Midday Flow - 60 Minutes
Take a pause in your day to reset and reconnect. This gentle hatha-flow class offers a mindful break to release tension, reawaken energy and find balance.

We’ll move through grounding postures and soft, flowing sequences designed to open the body, calm the mind, and bring you back to the present moment. Each class is inclusive and adaptable, with plenty of space to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Leave feeling refreshed, light, and re-centered, ready to carry a sense of calm and clarity into the rest of your day.

Evening Candlelight Flow - 75 Minutes
Unwind and soften into the evening with a gentle, heart centered hatha-flow practice held in the warmth of a historic schoolhouse, softly lit by candlelight. This 75 minute class invites you to slow down, release the day, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Through mindful movement, longer holds, and deep breathwork, we’ll create space within the body and quiet in the mind. The intimate setting offers a sense of grounding and community, a place to feel supported, at ease, and fully present.

All levels are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, restored, and at peace.

Friday Morning Class

Morning Flow - 60 Minutes
Ease into your morning with a gentle and uplifting hatha-flow practice overlooking our beautiful mountains. This class is designed for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice.

We’ll move mindfully through grounding postures, slow flowing sequences, and moments of stillness to connect breath, body, and mind. Each movement is guided with care and options are offered throughout, allowing you to move in a way that feels good for you.

Surrounded by peaceful views this practice is an invitation to awaken the body, find balance within, and begin your day feeling calm, open, and connected.

Great class in a well thought out space with a lovely view and a wonderfully down to earth human being as the teacher. Loved the intimacy of the smaller class size. Will be back.
